Business Analyst

Renovo Financial is a private lender serving real estate investors. The Business Analyst translates business requirements into technical solutions, documenting needs and partnering with stakeholders and Salesforce teams to improve and support internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to implementations and enhancements
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce platform
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for configuration, customization, and development
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure alignment and understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities
• Perform testing and validation of the solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce applications
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance our Salesforce environment and drive innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. (2+ years experience)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Adaptable: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting loan servicing organizations through business analysis, process improvement, or technology initiatives is highly desirable. The ideal candidate understands loan servicing workflows from boarding through payoff and has experience translating complex servicing requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Lending industry experience, especially with FinTech solutions like nCinco, Fundingo, or similar is highly desirable for understanding the technological and functional aspects of this role
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira is preferred
