Senior Customer Manager - Performance Monomers

Dow is hiring a Senior Customer Manager for its Performance Monomers business. The role manages complex customer accounts, leads negotiations and cross-functional account teams, delivers sales targets, and identifies growth, innovation, and sustainability opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage account portfolio and prepare and implement sales plans
• Lead and conduct negotiations, implement price changes, and develop long term contract agreements
• Manage sales contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country
• Collaborate with the product leadership team to build customer strategies and collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales/product plan
• Execute and implement sales and marketing plans and delivering business goals of volume and value
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships working to understand customer needs and identifying potential new clients
• Challenge the status quo and help identify growth opportunities
• Develop strategies to help improve the long-term profitability of the business
• Identify opportunities to collaborate and grow on sustainability and innovation

Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience
• A minimum requirement for these U.S. based positions is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
