Project Manager, Video Team 11

WeVote is seeking a volunteer Project Manager for its Video Team to coordinate video initiatives that engage and inform voters. The role supports team meetings, project planning and schedules, cross-functional communication, and video projects from planning through publication.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and help facilitate Video Team meetings approximately twice per month
• Attend select Social Media Team meetings and assist with cross-functional collaboration
• Support development of the Video Team roadmap, goals, and priorities in alignment with WeVote's marketing strategy
• Assist in planning and managing content release schedules
• Foster communication between Video, Social Media, Recruiting, Community Outreach, and Marketing teams
• Track project progress and provide concise status updates during meetings and through team communications
• Coordinate remote video interviews involving volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and communicate schedule adjustments when needed
• Help ensure projects stay organized and move efficiently from planning through publication

Requirements:

• Interest in video content, digital storytelling, and social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, volunteer-driven environment
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support fellow volunteers
• Must be currently located within the United States
• Project coordination or project management
