Sales Development Representative

Dash Billing develops an automated AI solution for past-due balance collections. The Sales Development Representative books discovery meetings through outbound prospecting, handles initial objections, and uses traditional and creative outreach methods.

Responsibilities:

• Book Meetings & Resolve Objections: Sell the meeting, not the product. Address initial prospect hesitation, reframe objections into curiosity, and turn "not interested" or “send me an email” into booked discovery meetings with zero fear of rejection
• Master Creative Prospecting: Combine traditional outbound channels (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) with bold, non-traditional outreach methods to stand out and gain attention

Requirements:

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing roles with a proven desire to launch a high-growth career in B2B SaaS sales
• Unshakeable stamina, an extraordinary work ethic, and the ability to convert initial friction or rejection into daily momentum
• Ability to articulate value quickly over the phone, write clear personalized emails, and gain attention within the first 10 seconds of a cold outreach call
• Aptitude for leveraging modern AI tools, CRM platforms, and sales engagement technology to work faster, while keeping a high-touch, human approach at the core of your outreach
• Thrives under performance expectations, brings high energy to daily activity goals, and actively seeks constructive coaching to continuously level up
• Former experience as a setter for solar, pest control, or other D2D service
• Former high school, Division I, or Division II collegiate athlete who thrives on competition, accountability, and team success
