Territory Field Marketing Manager

Campari Group is hiring a Territory Field Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate field marketing programs and events across Texas. The role supports national program activation and develops local programs, partnering with sales, marketing, distributors, and agencies to drive profitable growth and ensure strong execution.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to integrated and collaborative communication towards One Commercial Plan with Region FMM, CCM, US Marketing and Field Sales for dedicated territory
• Proactively builds strong partnerships with Field Sales, Brand Marketing, and Customer and Channel Marketing
• Leads planning and execution with distributor merchandising teams
• Strong ability to influence and align cross-functionally
• Works closely with the CCM and Field Sales to plan the commercial calendar and execution details for in market trade programs
• Manages frequent and robust communications with Field Sales to ensure clear resource alignment and the assignment of accountabilities
• Establishes program review performance processes and provides feedback to FMM, CCM, Brand and Sales to influence future programming
• Guides the strategy for execution and activations, translating the Commercial Plan into clear, field-ready programs that drive measurable results
• Monitors local program execution to ensure programs deliver targeted KPIs
• Ensures flawless program execution by developing plans with local team to mitigate risks and accelerate opportunities
• Conducts regular market visits to keep current on market trends and provide recommendations and feedback to Region FMM, CCM and Marketing for future program improvements and/or opportunistic trade activations
• Coordinates with Agency Program Managers to ensure KPIs are gathered
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting on the results of all key activations, ensuring transparency and compliance while driving ROI and a focus on continuous executional improvement
• Manages the Point-of-Sale process in assigned market; coordinating initial strategy, (including quantity forecasting and budget process), matching program “sell-in” to element delivery and merchandising efforts
• Works with State Manager, Channel Managers, District Managers, and Local Team to ensure the coordinated planning and activation of key programs in assigned areas of focus, e.g., distributor merchandising teams
• Supports sales to develop and implement plans and activities to ensure Key Distributor teams have the information needed to execute successfully against the Campari portfolio plans and to meet assigned depletion and account growth goals
• Manages program activation budgets in line with the agreed commercial plan
• Utilizes tracking and reporting tools to monitor activities, correlate activities to sales and monitor ROI
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within territory
• Reads and analyzes data from a variety of sources and mediums
• Develops and executes effective programming presentations
• Supports the physical activation of programs and events as needed
• Communicates regularly by phone, email, and in-person meetings with key stakeholders such as Field Sales and Agencies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related field sales experience
• 2+ years of experience in detailed program design and activation within assigned markets
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• A demonstrated capability driving the execution of in market activation plans
• Excellent knowledge of trade activation needs
• Strong understanding of the US 3 Tier system and experience in effectively influencing results in this environment
• Strong planning and analytical skills, grounded in financial and business acumen
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with budget tracking and program reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects across a set of varied resources to deliver expected results
• Strong leadership, conceptual, and creative skills
• Ability to be self-directed; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
