Sr. Manager of Graphic Design

SCOUT Bags is hiring a Senior Manager of Graphic Design to bring its brand vision to life across digital, print, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels. The role leads creative execution for campaigns and product storytelling, maintains a consistent visual identity, and collaborates with marketing, ecommerce, production, and freelance designers.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll contribute to and influence how SCOUT looks across email, web, social, paid, and wholesale
• Lead design execution across digital, print, DTC, and wholesale marketing channels from first concept to final asset
• Design emails, website banners, landing pages, paid advertisements, and promotional assets that bring customers to SCOUT and turn visits into sales
• Develop visual creative for seasonal launches, product storytelling, and marketing campaigns
• Create organic social graphics and adapt creative assets for each platform and placement
• Design wholesale marketing materials, catalogs, and sales collateral that help retail partners sell SCOUT
• Keep the SCOUT look consistent across every touchpoint: typography, layouts, color palette, and graphic elements
• Build reusable design templates and creative variations to support testing, efficiency, and speed to market
• Partner with Creative Production, Brand Marketing, and cross-functional teams to manage deadlines, feedback, and final deliverables
• Coordinate and manage freelance designers, including project assignments, timelines, and design deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience across digital and print
• Demonstrated success taking campaigns from concept to launch across email, ecommerce, paid media, organic social, and print, with a portfolio that shows digital and print design, campaign development, strong typography and a consistent brand look
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience building design templates and systems that help a small team move faster
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without losing attention to detail
• Experience providing creative direction and feedback to freelance designers or other creative partners
