Project Manager – Healthcare Architecture

Guide Architecture is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare architecture projects from planning through construction administration. The role manages client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, project scope and delivery, regulatory compliance, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare projects from planning through construction administration
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary project contact
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables
• Oversee design development, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction activities
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 7+ years of healthcare architecture experience across all phases of design and construction
• Knowledge of healthcare codes, clinical workflows, and complex building systems
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing clients, budgets, schedules, and consultants
• Proficiency with Proficient with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel
• Demonstrated construction administration on healthcare projects, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Licensure
• working knowledge of Revit
• Business development and client presentation experience
