Senior IT Project Manager

Role Overview

• Supporting the sales process by collecting requirements and conducting sessions such as journey mapping, event storming, impact mapping, etc.
• Preparing agile timetables and high-level user stories
• Briefing the development team and prioritizing stories
• Supporting and facilitating Scrum, including Sprint planning and prioritization
• Participating in Scrum meetings and supporting the team in lockups and sprint reviews
• Preparing the tracks and briefing of the development team for release

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Scrum methodology and project management
• Understanding of the software development cycle and ability to work freely with programmers
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant experience of working with customers and programmers
• Experience working with Atlassian products
• Highly developed soft skills
• Open-mindedness with justified opposition
• Fluent in English (minimum C1/C2)
