Identify and engage with suitable companies through strategic customer acquisition
Collaborate daily with the Account Executives you support and with other BDRs to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities
High volume of outbound activities to acquire and qualify leads (new customers)
Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and plans
Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring your monthly targets are met
Understand customers' needs and challenges using specific sales methodologies such as the BANT framework
Conduct market research to expand HubSpot's customer base
Requirements
Commitment and enthusiasm for the technology industry and sales
Work experience in sales or customer acquisition and experience in a high-growth "scale-up" environment is not required but is a plus
Fluent German and English skills
Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a persuasive, consistent approach to achieving targets
Ability to handle and respond to objections, and openness to coaching
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
Passion for helping companies grow and an interest in the technology industry
