About this role
Role Overview
Manage a personal pipeline of leads from sourcing through to closing.
Build the pipeline as the first point of contact for potential customers using a consultative approach.
Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to funnel management and closed deals.
Independently plan and execute personal activities to ensure the health and stability of the pipeline.
Contribute to improving the user experience in acquisition, e.g., data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to maintain a competitive market position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university preferred, or equivalent experience in consumer (B2C) sales.
Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Experience negotiating transactions from first contact (cold outreach) through to closing.
Familiarity with real estate transaction closing processes is a plus.
Familiarity with financial concepts such as IRR and NPV preferred.
Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, acquisition of mineral rights, or renewable energy preferred.
