About this role
Role Overview
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers at target organizations
Pre-qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
Test and adapt outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in CRM systems
Consistently meet outreach and meeting-setting goals
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve prospecting effectiveness
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Confidence communicating with senior-level contacts
Clear, professional verbal and written English communication
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence
Ability to adapt quickly and experiment with different outreach approaches
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
