Investigate, debug, and provide fixes for bugs in our Laravel and Vue.js-based applications.
Collaborate with the 1st line support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets and effective communication with end-users.
Understand and prioritize tickets while considering business and user base needs.
Maintain and optimize existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
Document technical solutions and contribute to building a knowledge base for recurring issues.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.

A strong background in Laravel Framework, PHP, and Vue.js.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing role.
Solid knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Ability to navigate remote server administration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate technical solutions into customer-friendly language.
