- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver timely resolution of customer issues
- Becoming a product expert on the Provet workspace
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy, customer-service-focused role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Technical mindset and interest in technical support
- Experience with Intercom live chat is a strong plus
- Background in the veterinary business is highly valued
