5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
Proven ability to set and uphold a strong creative and brand quality bar.
Experience managing and developing designers with a craft-first mindset.
Strong storytelling instincts across both visual and verbal expression.
Confidence making creative decisions and providing clear, constructive feedback.
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Growth and Digital teams.
A nuanced understanding of how brand and performance should work together.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong foundation in brand systems, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
Experience working with designers across tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Comfort reviewing work across paid media, email, web, and social channels.
Familiarity using performance insights to inform creative decisions.
