Experienced Business Analyst

Role Overview

• You support projects from requirements gathering and process modeling through to implementation for clients in the public sector
• You collaborate closely with business units, project managers, IT teams and other stakeholders
• You analyze, elicit and document functional and technical requirements
• You ensure that processes are designed to be efficient, transparent and sustainable
• You support the enhancement of existing systems and workflows
• You facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders
• You identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions
• You operate at the intersection of organization, processes and technology

Requirements

• Higher education or advanced training in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or regulated organizations
• Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications such as IREB, HERMES, or further training in Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis are a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools
• Strong interest in IT and in the digitization of business processes
• Excellent skills in creating user stories and in defining interfaces
