Responsible for designing and developing online courses for real estate agents and managers
Creating course materials and selecting appropriate methods for learning paths
Actively contributing to the design, production, maintenance, and evaluation of e-learning courses
Advising and supporting markets such as DACH, Italy and Iberia in the implementation of e-learning content
Managing internal projects and coordinating with specialist departments
Gathering systematic feedback, analyzing results, and assessing effectiveness

University degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication or Media Studies
Some practical experience in a comparable role
Experience in designing e-learning courses
Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia and Storyline
Quick to learn and enthusiastic about technical systems, digital topics and software
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Independent, organized and structured way of working
Very good German and English skills
