Conducting on-site and remote audits of national and international license partners
Reviewing revenue reports, license fees and contractual obligations
Analyzing business processes and identifying deviations or risks
Preparing structured audit reports, including actionable recommendations
Tracking remedial actions and ensuring implementation
Continuously improving audit standards, methods and tools
Close collaboration with departments such as Legal, Finance and Partner Management

Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in audit, compliance or external auditing
Ideally experience with licensing or franchise models
Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
Structured, independent working style and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time (Europe)
