Planning, implementation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
Management and development of paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms
Ongoing performance monitoring, A/B testing and budget control
Creating insightful reports and deriving actionable recommendations
Responsible for the technical and content-related search engine optimization of our websites
Keyword research, on-page optimization and building and maintaining a sustainable backlink profile
Close collaboration with content creators to produce SEO-compliant copy
Analyzing and optimizing our content for discoverability in AI search systems
Monitoring trends and developments in the area of generative search
Developing measures to strengthen our visibility in AI-generated search answers
Editorial responsibility for our newsletter with over 60,000 subscribers
Analyzing open and click rates and continuously optimizing the content
Coordinating and planning editorial content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally with agency or multi-location experience
Solid knowledge of Google Ads (including Google Analytics / GA4) and Meta Business Suite
Practical experience in SEO work — both technical and content-related
Experience with Optimizely as a newsletter tool is a plus
Confident handling of common social media platforms and their analytics tools
Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
Team player with enthusiasm for coordinating a variety of stakeholders
Familiarity with additional tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite or CMS systems is an advantage
