Proven experience in personal injury intake and sales management is required.
Personal injury law experience is mandatory.
Extremely computer proficient with experience in CRM, marketing automation tools, and online advertising platforms.
Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Ability to formulate effective closing scripts for client acquisition.
Experience in sourcing advertisement vendors and managing agencies within budget.
Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
