Role Overview

Provide support in the implementation and review of practices for the Compliance/Integrity program;
Support the development of awareness initiatives about Compliance culture and the review of policies that support the Compliance/Integrity program;
Assess new products and services, analyzing compliance and regulatory impacts;
Conduct compliance testing, issue and monitor action plans resulting from tests;
Review and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures;
Perform due diligence (suppliers / sponsorships / donations / partners), as well as ongoing monitoring for recertification of assessed suppliers;
Monitor the regulatory environment, identifying laws and/or bills (PLS) that impact the business; manage the Law Review Committee and follow up on actions arising from regulatory forums;
Prepare and present executive reports;
Assist in updating Compliance policies and manuals, and review internal manuals;
Support management with routine compliance activities.
