Product Strategy and Launch: Assist in planning and monitoring launch and sustainment activities for Digio's Consignado (payroll-deductible loan) products, and contribute to customer engagement strategies;
Campaigns and Promotional Activities: Support the execution of campaigns, promotions and communications across multiple channels, and contribute to the production of creative assets, content and materials aligned with the brand strategy;
Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities, support the execution of customer research, and help organize data and insights;
Project Management and Routines: Assist with schedule control, alignments and deliverables, ensuring organized workflows; prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings;
Events, Relationship and Promotional Materials: Support the organization of events, trade shows and customer/partner relationship initiatives, and contribute to the management and production of promotional materials and giveaways;
Interaction with Internal Teams: Serve as a support point for Communication, Product, UX, CX and CRM teams to ensure aligned execution of actions; assist in building and monitoring relationship cadences in Direct Marketing;
Metrics Monitoring: Track basic KPIs and support the analysis of results, contributing to the optimization of initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in Marketing or Product Marketing (as an intern or analyst);
Excel and PowerPoint (basic proficiency to create materials and tracking controls);
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Team player with flexibility and proactivity;
Continuous improvement mindset and hands-on approach;
Ownership mentality and willingness to take on challenges;
