About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email, and social media
Conduct research to identify potential customers and their needs
Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
May attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in application performance monitoring tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with observability tools and industry, OpenTelemetry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
