Be a contributor to Fox Logistics’ initiatives and ensure compliance with Fox Logistics’ standards and SOPs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities using diverse communication channels like email, phone, and social networking.
Proficiently manage customer prospecting, pipeline, and daily operational tasks through our CRM system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, especially during the early stages of the customer journey, maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications.
Consistently convey to customers the unique value proposition that sets Fox Logistics apart as a best-in-class service provider.
Prioritize delivering exceptional service to Fox Logistics’ customers through dedicated task execution.
Meet or exceed annual quota, monthly KPIs, and next-level qualifiers.
Supporting assigned Business Development leaders with daily outreach efforts.
Conduct daily outreach, allocating 90% of the day to prospecting, qualifying, and engaging with new prospects and engaged leads.
Collaborates with team members on early pricing inquiries.
Interacts with various decision-makers/buyer levels.
Participates in business solution planning activities.
Assists National Sales Managers and Director of Sales on qualified opportunities, draft solutions, and close deals.
Trains and develops Business Development Coordinators into leaders as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of sales and/or business development experience
3+ years of industry sales experience
2+ years of experience managing and supervising a sales team
