Organizational Change Management Consultant

Role Overview

• deliver change management, organization design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions
• Apply Peoplevisor’s tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment
• develop and execute communication strategy, plan and prepared communications
• Manage work plan inclusive of OCM activities
• Maintain effective and trusting working client relationships to facilitate program success and expansion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in OCM Consulting Engagements, around ERP/CRM transformation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams
• Fluent in the Microsoft Office product suite
• Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
