2+ years implementing Workday's HCM Suite and/or Financial, Procurement and/or Expense Management solutions
2+ years of experience deploying Financial, Procurement, or other related ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.)
2+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
2+ years of experience as a Workday Reporting Consultant or Reporting Lead consultant with Workday Integration implementation experience
Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting and BIRT as a Reporting Developer or Reporting Lead and Workday certification in HCM, Financials, and/or Integration
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience leading Reporting design, and Process alignment
Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
Detailed understanding of Workday Reporting processes and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Expected travel is +/-40% depending on the project(s).
