Assisting the Head of BD with daily functions, such as maintaining CRM systems, tracking partner interactions, and generating reports to measure partnership performance.

1+ years of experience working in a business development or partnerships position within a web3 gaming organization.
Existing relationships with game developers, demonstrating a strong network within the game industry.
Above basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology, understanding their relevance and application within the gaming sector.
Background with substantial personal gaming experience or work in the game industry, providing insights into the industry landscape.
Familiarity with web3 games, having played and tested them, and understanding the pain points and benefits of web3 gaming.
Ability to form and maintain relationships with other organizations, leveraging your interpersonal skills to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective communication
Proactive and flexible availability, willing to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute when required
