About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research high-value prospects, sourcing accurate contact information and email addresses to build a robust business development pipeline.
Maintain and update Hubspot with all client interactions, target lists, and lead statuses to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
Proactively manage schedules and coordinate meeting requests between the consulting team and prospective clients.
Assist in managing business development workflows and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Ensure all records of client interactions are professional, detailed, and aligned with the firm’s high standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a business development support, sales administration, or lead generation role.
Strong administrative background with an emphasis on accuracy and record-keeping.
Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment, ideally dealing with high-end or corporate clientele.
Self-motivated and able to work independently within a 10-hour weekly allocation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in market research or "deep-dive" prospecting (preferred).
Previous exposure to the consulting industry or high-value B2B sales cycles (preferred).
HubSpot CRM (Essential)
Google Workspace (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
Proficiency in digital research tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
