About this role
Role Overview
Point of contact for customers for all day-to-day inquiries
Coordination of special customer requests and requirements
Support for sales and planning/dispatch teams in resolving customer inquiries
Incident management and customer-focused resolution of service disruptions
Assist in the development, optimization, and automation of processes, contributing your own ideas and experience
Requirements
Completed vocational training in logistics or a related degree
3–5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
Experience in the construction or logistics industry is desirable
Friendly, reliable manner and excellent communication skills
Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented approach, and strong customer focus
Fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills desirable
