Developing the program's scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline
Ensuring that the program is delivered on time and within budget
Identifying potential risks and threats, and analyzing and overcoming them
Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and regularly updating them on the program's progress, risks, and changes
Working with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams
Diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Managing project escalations, and helping to assemble project teams
Producing program reports for managers and stakeholders, and communicating development progress to senior managers

Extensive experience in owning a complex projects that that is spread across multiple development streams and stakeholders across multiple departments.
Extensive experience working with JIRA
Strong personality who is willing to ask tough questions and drive issues to resolution (Required)
Experience in managing and delivering large data focused programs and projects
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate status, issues and risks to executive leadership
Strategic thinker who has solutioned integration and data platform projects
5+ years of program management experience
