Work with Senior Leadership to develop strategies to identify and market to prospective Clients
Conduct prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling potential customers to generate new business opportunities
Qualify prospects using lists, reports, and self-prospecting strategies
Drive revenue by scheduling customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients to effectively present our company and product
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets
Assist marketing with conversion metrics on various lead-generation inputs
Maintain and update our Customer Relations Management (CRM) database
Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
Build strong and resourceful relationships with clients and teammates in order to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, provide key feedback, facilitate retention, and drive business growth
Use the leadership team’s feedback to make continuous adjustments and improvements to prospecting and qualifying efforts
Provide administrative support and execute other responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
2-3 years of sales experience required; BPO experience preferred
Candidate must be eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry
Strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable
Consultative communication and negotiation skills by video and in writing
Excellent time-management, analytical thinking, and issue-resolution skills
Candidate should be able to effectively articulate the distinct aspects and benefits of our services and products
Proven communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to both operate independently and cross-functionally in collaboration with internal client Onboarding, Marketing, and Leadership teams as required
Highly motivated self-starter able to achieve results while balancing demanding expectations in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
Comfortable meeting sales performance metrics and experience with cloud-based CRM
Advanced proficiency with computer skills, including Google Workspace.
