Regional Director

Role Overview

• Responsible for tapping into existing network and sourcing new relationships
• Generate leads for on-market listings and off-market transactions
• Collaborate with nationwide team of sales professionals
• Leverage experience, database of clients, and knowledge of transactions
• Offer national perspective to clients
• Grow market share in the Pacific Northwest region
• Provide operational, transactional, and financing needs

Requirements

• A highly motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher (finance or real estate concentrations preferred)
• 0-5 Years of work experience in either sales or service-oriented business (real estate experience is preferred)
• Strong understanding of Real Estate Investment fundamentals
• Exceptional organization, management, & leadership abilities
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
• Ability to remain focused and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
