Lead a cross-cultural team of analysts, consultants, investment professionals, lawyers, and other business professionals to execute a multi-year program
Ensure the project is implemented to Renew Capital’s standards, adhering to the contract, and delivering results
Be accountable for project outcomes and evaluated on the quality of deliverables and ability to accomplish project targets on time and within budget
Oversee and drive the execution of a key development project by achieving results and meticulously delivering on all project milestones
Develop and lead a team of project analysts
Continuously improve and manage a collaborative company-wide M&E and reporting system
Help develop and facilitate Renew Capital’s core gender-smart programs by training SMEs
Liaise to design and test interventions fulfilling project requirements
Provide coaching and technical assistance to a consortium of entrepreneurs
Prepare and review project reports for clients
Manage communications with clients and run internal and external project meetings
Report to and collaborate with executive management team

Master’s degree in business administration, finance or development is preferred
5+ years of management consulting and/or finance experience
Consulting experience in both the private sector and with an international development firm focused on gender equality is a plus
Experience managing grant-based projects
Proficiency in writing reports in English
Strong project management skills – certification in project management is a plus
Exposure to the finance or private equity world
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability
