Complete the Starter Training Course to ensure that you can join a commercial project with minimum necessary knowledge of the workflow and quality requirements.
Convert high-level user stories into smaller tasks, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.
Schedule and facilitate team processes such as daily standup, sprint planning, and demos.
Maintain a friendly ambiance within your team and engage the Events Team for activities.
Notify the Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager of any blockers or issues.
Keep project roadmaps updated and assess project scope versus resources.
Maintain active communication with customers and third-party teams for problem resolution or escalation.
Collaborate with internal competency centers to improve delivery results and ensure best practices.
Requirements
You can complete a technical test, which aims to test common sense and understanding of cause-effect relationships, attention to detail, and the ability to give clear instructions in written and visual form.
Experience in Project Management is not required; what matters is your ability to deliver results starting from the test task, and your enthusiasm and openness to embrace new knowledge and processes.
Must be open to continuous learning and acting on feedback.
