Role Overview
- Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
- Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
- Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
- Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
