Role Overview
- Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
- Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
- Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
- Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
