Collaborate on FinOps projects with your colleagues to make our clients' cloud usage more efficient and sustainable
Create transparency using cloud-native or third-party tools for cost allocation and identifying optimization opportunities
Analyze clients' cloud environments to identify optimization opportunities across all involved cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
Develop FinOps blueprints and share your knowledge with colleagues
Use your communication skills to interact with stakeholders across platform, product, and application teams
Deliver FinOps training, present at conferences, and create blog posts
Drive FinOps topic development and innovation within Reply and the FinOps Foundation
Work on expanding the offering with new capabilities, such as FinOps for sustainability or Technology Business Management

University degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field
Language skills in English and German (min. B2) and willingness to travel occasionally
Initial experience with data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting financial data and generating insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) or FinOps Practitioner certification desirable
Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Strong customer focus, communication skills, and self-initiative
Familiarity with cloud cost management tools (e.g., Cloudability, infracost, Kubecost) is a plus
Intrinsic motivation to promote sustainable and efficient cloud solutions
Current residence in Germany with authorization to work in the country
