Planning, managing, and delivering TBM consulting projects, working closely with clients
Assessing clients' current technology and financial environments; recommending and implementing tailored TBM frameworks and solutions
Leveraging TBM tools to provide insights into IT costs, value, and business impact
Identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts and leading efforts to expand TBM services
Maintaining strategic client relationships and developing partnerships
Mentoring and coaching junior consultants and team members; fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or IT Management
Language skills: English and German (at least B2); willingness to travel occasionally
2+ years of experience in TBM consulting or related areas, with a strong background in technology cost management, financial management, or IT strategy
Experience with TBM tools such as Apptio or similar; strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships and to lead consulting engagements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to clearly convey complex technical and financial concepts to executives
Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-transparency principles
Current residence in Germany and authorization to work in the country
