Audit and clean up existing SOPs and workflows
Build scalable systems from the ground up inside Notion and other operational tools
Create structured documentation frameworks and operational playbooks
Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
Design and implement AI-driven workflows using GPTs and automation tools
Build and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive operational tasks
Create Zapier integrations across CRM, operations, and internal systems
Maintain CRM data hygiene and structured pipeline management
Improve dashboards and operational metrics tracking

Strong background in operations, systems building, and process optimization
Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
Proven experience implementing AI tools or AI agents into workflows
Deep experience with at least 1–2 key tools: Notion, Follow Up Boss, Zapier, CRM systems
Strong English communication skills
Strong internet connection and capable hardware to run AI tools.
