Role Overview
- Coordinate with the internal finance team to monitor, analyze and regularly report on external legal spending
- Prepare legal spend dashboards to highlight current and historical legal spend by category
- Manage Legal Department technology solutions and processes
- Act as a liaison and coordinating resource for the Legal Department’s litigation hold and e-discovery tools
- Work with Legal leadership to develop and track metrics to measure and communicate departmental goals
- Manage outside counsel billing, budget management and payment cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of similar experience in at least two of the following areas: budget and financial management, technology management, operational effectiveness, vendor management
