Role Overview
- Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answering how-to questions about payment
- Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
- Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German
- C1/C2 English skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience
- General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported
- Excellent communication skills
- EU Passport
- Relocation to Greece
