About this role
Role Overview
Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients and expand market reach.
Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.

Requirements
Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the SaaS or recruitment tech sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and challenges (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools.
Flexibility to work UK business hours.
