Requirements
Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
Proven experience in handling Bank Reconciliation and Account Payables.
Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or Rentvine will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in utilizing various digital tools and technology.
Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in property management, with no prior experience required.
Exemplary attention to detail, adept at comprehending software processes, and committed to efficient task completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with a proactive and responsive approach to interactions with clients and team members.
