Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Develop effective sales strategies and tailor approaches based on target markets and stay abreast on industry trends
Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of client needs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using HubSpot CRM software.
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.
Share updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and conversion metrics regularly to leadership.
Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes and messaging.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in achieving targets and goals in a sales or business development role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
General understanding of digital advertising and marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies
Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
