About this role
Role Overview
Contacts prospected clients over the phone to generate appointments.
Handles inbound/outbound appointment scheduling duties.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
Call potential customers and explain products or services and prices/answer questions from customers.
Record customers' pertinent information accurately on the system.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers by making outbound calls to initiate appointments.
Perform tasks with dedication, a positive attitude, and a persuasive speech.
Requirements
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Good active listening skills.
Confident and money motivated.
With at least 1 year of experience in an Appointment Setting or a similar role.
With at least 6 months of outbound and cold calling experience.
B2B sales experience is a PLUS but not required.
Client Relationship experience is a PLUS but not required.
Comfortable making cold calls.
Willing to work graveyard shifts.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Have great Customer Service and a positive attitude.
Assertive, motivated to succeed, and self-starter.
Ability to multitask.
