Manage paid advertising across Google, social media, and other platforms to achieve optimal customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Grow and manage an affiliate program to drive referrals and expand market reach, maximizing partnership ROI.
Drive acquisition through marketplace platforms, with a focus on the Asian market, ensuring product listings and promotions are optimized for conversion.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and improve retention rates.
Leverage inbound marketing tactics to attract qualified leads through content creation, SEO-driven blogs, and educational resources.
Build and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing specialists across all channels, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Requirements
Proven track record driving Marketing P&Ls across digital marketing channels to at least $50M USD in ARR.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple channels, particularly for high-growth companies.
Strong Direct to Consumer expertise in SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with experience in Travel Tech industries as a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performance marketing teams.
Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
