Records the transaction in the accounting system
Prepare month-end financial statements and analysis and update the YTD FS file
Prepares and updates tax schedules (1601C and quarterly ITR)
Update and maintain the cash position file
Monitors and send monthly tax calendar
Preparation and filing of monthly tax forms
Computation of BD Sales commissions
Assist the finance manager in other financial reports (internal and external) that may be required by the board.
Assist in annual external audit
Preparation of the schedule of manual books of accounts

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 3 years of experience in finance with exposure to bookkeeping and financial reporting
Experience in Zoho is preferred but not required
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet, and Powerpoint
