Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement with target audiences.
Lead the design and production of marketing materials such as mailers, banners, digital ads, and other collateral.
Manage and optimize website promotions, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and drives conversions.
Plan, design, and execute paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, etc.). Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Oversee the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including promotional mailers, newsletters, and product updates, ensuring a high level of engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative strategies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Conduct A/B tests: in order to iterate and optimize campaign initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, creative design, and campaign management.
Strong proficiency in marketing tools i.e. email marketing software, Google Ads, etc.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills
A keen eye for detail and quality.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must.
