Role Overview

• spearhead social media strategies for clients and the company
• ensure posts are grammatically correct, align with brand guidelines, and gain client approval
• measure channel growth and conversion points month over month
• provide actionable insights and recommendations based on experience
• evaluate fit after 45 days and quarterly thereafter

Requirements

• 75% time executing client social strategies (FB, LI, IG, TW, Snapchat, TikTok)
• 25% time executing GBS strategies
• content calendaring
• creating social posts
• sending creative requests for social content
• community management
• weekly and monthly reporting for both paid and organic performance
• meeting with platform reps, testing new features, making recommendations
