Maintain day-to-day communications with our clients, keeping them up to date on project statuses and gaining responses to GPC’s questions
Liaise with and bring together the relevant GPC delivery team.
Ensure that the team has all information that they need and are united to deliver the highest possible quality work, aligning and exceeding client expectations
Understand your client on a personal level, try to identify their individual objectives and challenges within their business
Keep your team updated with any relevant industry developments that you find, whether related to our business or our clients
Begin to apply a strategic mind to all deliverables, considering how they fit within the bigger picture of a project, working with the Account Director and other team members to develop these skills
Fully understand the brands that you work with, the industry that they sit within, and their core competitor sets
The Sr. AM is responsible for regular client and internal project status updates
Take briefs from client and rewrite it for internal briefing.
Requirements
5-7 years of account management and client services experience in digital advertising
Fluency in English language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct engaging presentations
Proven stellar record of organically growing existing clients
Strong understanding of the APAC market and digital landscape
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising or Digital
