Assist in conducting market research to identify potential partners aligned with RxLogix's vision.
Support categorization of partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities.
Help engage potential partners, communicate our value proposition, and assist in negotiating beneficial collaboration terms.
Assist in designing customized partnership programs for each partner category.
Support the definition of partner incentives, commissions, and additional benefits.
Help draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and update comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners.
Maintain regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships.
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with an MBA or Master’s in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy.
Experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry is essential.
Possesses a robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies, facilitating strategic collaborations.
Experience work with or for a CRO is a big plus.
